Rest assured, we'll work closely with you and your client to evaluate potential rental properties effectively, so that you never have to be in a position to give bad advice if property management isn't your specialty.

At KRG, we prioritize asset protection for our clients and providing quality housing for our residents. We hold tenants accountable through regular inspections to identify and address any damages, ensuring repairs are made and costs reimbursed. We work to swiftly respond to maintenance requests and advise clients on necessary improvements. When it’s time to sell a property managed by KRG, know that we take meticulous steps to return a market-ready home, maximizing your potential.

For EVERY client referral we will pay you a referral fee equal to 25% of our base management fee for all properties of the referred client for one year*.

For EVERY tenant referral we will pay you a referral fee equal to 50% of our earned tenant placement fee.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Agent must make first contact with KRG regarding referring client to qualify.  If client makes first contact with KRG, it will be assumed that client lead was acquired through KRG's organic marketing efforts.

*For referring owner clients, KRG will pay 25% of the base management fee for one year or for the initial term of the executed management agreement with the referred client (which ever is shortest). 

All payments are made within 30 days after KRG collects the applicable fee from the client.  Referral Fees for owner clients are paid out quarterly unless payment to the referring agent is equal to or greater than $250, in such case it is paid out monthly.

ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE OUTLINED IN THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT/TENANT REFERRAL AGREEMENT.

Additionally, it details our promise to refer your client referrals for sales transactions and your renter referrals for buyer-agent representation back to you.

Our Referral Program

1. Contact Us to Request a Referral Agreement

Ready to partner with KRG Property Management to better service your seller/tenant leads? Contact Us and request a Property Management Referral Agreement

2. Refer a Client to KRG

Complete our "Refer A Client" form to provide the necessary information to begin the referral process.

3. Make The Introduction

Once we've received your referral information, we will send you contact information to establish a three-way text and email with your referral to introduce them to your property management partners.

4. Complete PM transaction

We will work to enter into a management agreement or lease agreement with your referral (whichever is appropriate).

5. Get Paid and Do it Again!

Once we collect our fee we will pay you your fee within 30 days.  Owner client referral fees are paid out quarterly unless the payment is equal to or greater than $250.
