With over a decade of hands-on property management experience and nearly ten years as a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker, Anthony Miller brings a rare blend of operational leadership, market expertise, and investor-focused strategy to every property he manages.

Anthony is the Founder of KAM Realty Group, LLC (d.b.a. KRG Property Management), a company built to deliver high-quality third-party residential property management services to investors and landlords throughout the Piedmont Triad Region. His vision was born from firsthand experience—recognizing both the limitations of traditional third-party management firms and the operational risks investors face when attempting to bring property management in-house without the right infrastructure.

Proven Leadership Across Diverse Portfolios

Anthony’s portfolio spans conventional, subsidized, and tax-credit multifamily housing, single-family homes, and specialized assets such as senior housing communities. He has successfully managed large-scale renovation projects, stabilized underperforming properties, and implemented operational systems that improve efficiency, compliance, and profitability.

Throughout his career, Anthony has:

• Managed more than 350 single-family homes simultaneously in the Piedmont Triad and Charlotte-Metro areas;

• Simultaneously overseen 15 apartment communities in three different states;

• Overseen entire company real estate portfolios;

• Developed and implemented operational procedures as Head of Multifamily Operations for a newly established owner-operator firm; and,

• Advanced from leasing agent to property manager, regional manager, and Director of Operations.

This progression has given him a comprehensive understanding of every level of property operations—from tenant relations and leasing to portfolio-level financial oversight and workforce management.

Professional Credentials & Industry Expertise

Anthony is a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker (since 2018) and holds respected industry designations, including:

• Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management; and,

• Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) through the National Apartment Association.

His professional affiliations include membership with the Greensboro Regional Realtors Association, providing access to comprehensive local market data through the Triad Multiple Listing Service. This allows KRG Property Management to conduct detailed market analyses, price properties strategically, and position assets for maximum return on investment.

As a resident of Guilford County, particularly Greensboro, Anthony understands the nuances of the local and neighboring markets throughout the Piedmont Triad. His familiarity with local housing trends, rental demand, and regulatory environments allows him to deliver management strategies that are both compliant and performance-driven.

Anthony spent the majority of his property management career working directly for owner-operators, gaining firsthand insight into what property owners truly expect from a management partner. By operating within organizations where ownership priorities drove decision-making, he developed a deep appreciation for performance accountability, cost control, asset preservation, and income optimization. This experience shaped his philosophy that property management should function as an extension of ownership — not a disconnected third party.
